Unique design for pearl necklace

Pearl strand strung with 40 round white colored pearls is classic but if you want something unique yet elegant then check out this pearl necklace design. You can make this beautiful necklace on your own with help of some basic jewelry making tools, you will just require one scissors and small needle nose pliers.

Pearl ribbon necklace, this is very interesting and unique necklace design that you can easily make at home. It is very versatile necklace which you can wear on jeans or on evening gown.

For this ribbon necklace all you need is single or triple clasps, ribbon, pearls (for single necklace 7-8, for triple necklace20-24), scissors and needle nose pliers. Pearls have very small hole so choose very thin ribbon.

Now cut the ribbon long enough for single strand necklace, keep some extra for tying knots. Cut one end of ribbon very sharp, for this you will require very sharp scissors. The tip of ribbon should so small that so it can pass through pearls easily. Now take this tiny point and put it through pearl hole as far as possible, then grab point coming from other side with help of pliers or you can do this with your fingers also.

Now slide all pearls in same fashion, for single strand necklace 7-8 are sufficient. Then place all pearls and adjust their position as you like. Tie very tight knot at each clasps and then cut off the remaining ribbon. Now seal the end with flame.

In same way you can make matching earring, for making earring you need two more pearls and pierced earring wires. Tie small not on one end of ribbon then, slide down pearl and then just attach earring wire and your matching pearl ribbon earrings are ready.

You can get ribbon in almost any color, so it can be a great matching jewelry. You can give this pearl necklace as gift to bridesmaids or anyone. You just have to change color of pearls and ribbons. You can have pearl necklace matching to your each evening gown or casual wear.
